# 如何赎回

### 如何退出 LON 质押

1. 打开 imToken「浏览」频道，搜索「LON」并打开
2. 点击「质押」进入「LON 质押」页面，下滑至页面最下方，点击「赎回」，再点击「触发解锁期」进入 7 天解锁期
3. 解锁期启动后，你有两个选择
   1. 等待 7 天解锁期结束后，进入第二步「赎回」页面，点击「立即赎回」即可无需支付罚金并取回对应的 LON
   2. 如需在解锁期结束前提前赎回，可在「解锁期倒计时」页面点击「强制赎回」，即可通过支付处罚金额（罚金比例随倒计时线性递减）提前赎回质押的 LON
