# New token on Tokenlon multichain

USDT0 is a new type of stablecoin officially launched by Tether in January 2025, known as the 'cross-chain bridging version of USDT', aimed at addressing the high-cost issues faced when using USDT across multiple blockchains.

Unlike other stablecoins that are backed by real-world assets such as dollars, bonds, or gold, USDT0 is anchored 1:1 to USDT. It adopts the Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard of the cross-chain protocol LayerZero, allowing tokens to be transferred seamlessly across different blockchains with zero cost loss.

Now you can trade USDT0 via Tokenlon on Arbitrum, Optimism, and Unichain networks.

Tokenlon supports multichain trading on Ethereum mainnet, Polygon PoS, Optimism, Base, BNB,Unichain and Arbitrum chains. Simply navigate to the Market page in the latest imToken wallet version, 2.16.4, to start trading.

Trade 150 tokens on Tokenlon with fee discount available to LON holders.Trade up to 100 WBTC & 1,000 ETH in a single transaction on Tokenlon, with smart routing and [limit orders](https://tokenlon.im/limit-order) on the [Tokenlon website](https://tokenlon.im).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://tokenlon.gitbook.io/docs/docs.en/blog/whatsnew/tokenlisting/usdt0.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
