US SEC delays ETF approvals

The US SEC once again postponed the approval process for multiple spot cryptocurrency ETFs on 30th April, including Fidelity’s application for spot ETH ETF staking, Bitwise’s spot DOGE ETF (delayed til 15th June), and Franklin Templeton’s spot XRP ETF.

The cautious regulatory stance caused the market to fall in the morning, with BTC falling below $94,000. It has since recovered slightly and is now at $94,587.95, down 0.2% in 24h. ETH is at $1,797.05, no change in 24h.
