On January 22, Trump announced the formation of a new AI company, Stargate, in partnership with Softbank, OpenAI, and Oracle. The company plans to invest $500b over 4 years. OpenAI also announced a $100b funding deployment for the Stargate project. However, Elon Musk criticized the move, posting a comment on X that ‘They don’t actually have the money.’

OpenAI’s CEO, Sam Altman, who is also the co-founder of Worldcoin, was impacted by this news. Currently, WLD is at $2.27, up 9.5% in 24h.
