# 04/27 Market Update: BTC & ETH Drop >5% in the last 24h

According to 27th April data from CoinGecko, the market is still in a downward trend.

BTC touched $38,000 and then experienced a slight increase, to reach $38,383 with a 5.2% drop in the past 24h. ETH had the same decrease in the past 24h and the price is at $2,839.

Again, the market is volatile now, please pay attention to the risk. Digital assets are highly volatile and unpredictable, do your research before trading.
